We will lodge your tenancy deposit with a government approved protection scheme - www.depositprotection.com - and, assuming the rent is fully paid and the property is handed back in good condition, return it to you quickly after the end of the tenancy

We do not make additional charges for the services we provide. The rent to occupy our apartments is fixed... absolutely!
With an office on Arundel Gate (a five minute walk from the city centre and adjacent to Sheffield Hallam University’s HQ) it is likely one of our directors will be available if we fail to deliver our commitment pledges.
All despots are lodged with TDS within 30 days of receipt and are released at the end of the term assuming the rent is fully paid and apartment is left in an appropriate condition at the end of the tenancy.
