It is simply a case of booking a viewing and, if you like what you see, a £200.00 reservation fee secures your apartment for the next academic year. A Tenancy Application can be made via the ‘Contact Us’ page and the £200.00 reservation fee is then rolled forward as your tenancy deposit.
Our agreements normally commence on 1st July to enable occupiers to use the apartment throughout the summer and move belongings in rather than taking them all the way home. We like to let our apartments to groups of tenants, rather than on an individual room basis, to ensure everybody gets along with each other.

Yes, it is a statutory requirement for all landlords to lodge rent deposits with a government accredited scheme. We use the Deposit Protection Service (“DPS”) - www.depositprotection.com - and you will receive notification from DPS that the deposit has been lodged within 30 days of your AST commencement.
All tenants are required to provide a guarantor in order to ensure each party can fulfill their contractual obligations. These guarantees are important for everybody, including co-tenants, as it is essential all parties to the tenancy perform their obligations.
